Psychological therapy

Psychological therapy begins with an assessment process in which we will discuss your needs and goals for therapy.

I can offer short or longer term psychological therapy.

I am trained in a range of therapeutic models, primarily drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). 

I practice gender affirming therapy.

Please note that I do not offer stand-alone psychological assessments (e.g. reports for third parties such as court or ACC). I am not an ACC sensitive claims provider.

Supervision and Consultation

I am available for clinical supervision for therapists practicing similar modalities.

I can also offer supervision and consultation for gender affirming therapy.
